Ed Scow is a fitness and nutrition expert based in Lincoln, Nebraska. That’s a fancy way of saying I put people through all means of torture and do my best to remove all the joy from eating. In all seriousness, I love what I do and that is to help busy moms and dads achieve their goals by teaching them how to fit a healthy lifestyle into their busy life. My goal is to help parents understand that living a healthy and fit lifestyle is possible and can be achieved simply and easily. I’m also a loveable, purse-carrying husband (her’s, not mine), and proud papa to two beautiful children who are the light of my life, even though they’re making me slowly lose my hair.
