Greg Hoard
Greg Hoard is the senior writer and former editor of Cincinnati Profile magazine. He covered the Reds for the Cincinnati Enquirer until 1990, when he moved to WLWT as sports director, a position he also held at WXIX, until 2004 when he left broadcasting to return to writing. He is the author of the best-selling biography of Joe Nuxhall, "Joe, Rounding Third and Headed for Home" and the recently released and critically acclaimed "Gary Burbank, Voices in My Head." His work has also appeared in The Sporting News, Sports Illustrated, Baseball America and Baseball Digest. A native of Indiana, Greg lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Cindy, and their three children: Johnson, Beau and The Meg.
