5 Ways to Build a Better Hot Dog

Mexican Chimichanga Dogs
Take a trip south of the border for this dog. Start with a hot dog, and rub it lightly with your favorite taco seasoning. Then, wrap the hot dog tightly in a flower tortilla. Dip it into an egg wash (3 eggs and 1.5 tablespoons of water) and coat in flour. Deep fry your chimichanga dog in oil (350 degrees) until golden. Remove, sprinkle with cheese, and top with your favorite salsa, sour cream, onions, and jalapenos. Good for you? Not so much. But it tastes great.
