5 Easy Chicken Wing Recipes

Chicken wings are the ultimate sports-party food. Nothing is better while watching your favorite team in action on TV than passing around a plate of steaming hot chicken wings.
You don't have to go to a sports bar to get them. You can make your own sauce easily at home and impress all your guests.
Chicken wings are best bought fresh. You can get them in frozen packs and thaw them out, but fresh chicken wings will retain the flavor of the sauce much better than frozen.
West Coast Chicken Wings
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ¾ cup water
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
Arrange the wings in a baking pan. Heat other ingredients in a saucepan until butter and sugar melt. Cool the sauce, then pour over wings, marinate in the refrigerator three hours. Bake in a pan at 375 degrees (preheated) for 1½ hours, turning occasionally.
Easy Buffalo Wings
