In keeping with the Cheating Gourmet philosophy, you'll trim a few corners and spend hardly any time while creating a treat that will impress everyone with your mad culinary skills.
I whipped up this pumpkin ice cream pie in less than 10 minutes. Here's how.
What you’ll need:

- 1 pint of pumpkin ice cream
- ½ pint of heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz. can of whipped cream
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 2.7 oz. nutmeg
- 2.7 oz. cinnamon
